No matter the department or team member, I've always been greeted with a smile and a helping hand. My co-workers are team-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile for someone else. Also, I have truly appreciated the amount of effort Carolina Handling has put forth to include family members in company events. Carolina Handling is one of the few remaining companies that understands the importance of family and the need to have a tight-knit relationship with team members.

There are very few companies that treat their employees the way management does at Carolina Handling. Even though you come to work every day with the same title, no 2 days are the same. There is always a new adventure awaiting. Our high level of ownership sets up apart from the competition and we are #1. The employees truly care about one another.
