Pros

Excellent upward mobility potential with great opportunity for continuing education and training. Excellent Benefits (Company Car, Printer, Cell Phone, Expense Account and Gas Card) and profit sharing for 401K plans. Hands off management style that helps you when needed and doesn't micromanage you.

Cons

Long interview process (6-8 weeks) with multiple recruiter interviews, in person and panel interviews. They also want you to take mechanical aptitude test along with a personality assessment. This company really wants to make sure they hire the right people.

Good workload, good people, great customers

Cons

Company demands expectations not obtainable, management does not live it's own principles. Job security does not exist in the company (high associate turn over). Management in very unethical.

Carolina Handling is the best place to work. The Hr staff is top notch they are the best, I have worked at a lot of different places but you will not come across a culture like this one. There are few companies where the President of the company knows every one on a first name bases. The pay is awesome, no micro management here at all. Carolina Handling should be on one of those best places to work listings..(MOVE OVER GOOGLE!!!)

Cons

Carolina Handling makes sure that they hire the best people for the Job no matter the position, so the hiring process is not as simple as some places. In my opinion that is not really a con but you have to be sure that you want the position and give it your all at interview time. And be patient.
