      Pros

      Carolina Handling is continuously growing, however, the culture and values remain a constant. The interview process is normally quite extensive but that is because of the care they have for their Associates. They value the opportunity for every Associate to have their own individual career path to follow their dreams; striving for promotion from within in all areas. I have been with the company a little over 5 years now and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I recommend anyone in the job market to research the Carolina Handling job openings to potentially join a company for their forever career.

      Cons

      The only con is that it's not a high fashion, flashy, and glamorous industry.

      Pros

      Carolina Handling is one of the best companies that I have worked for. The staff is very welcoming and helpful once you are brought on. They do take a lot of time and invest a lot into whomever they hire to choose, however it is well worth it. Work/life balance is great as well as potential to grow and evolve both professionally and personally.

      Can not think of any worth listing.

      Carolina Handling is a company that will exceed your expectations. This company wants to see their employees achieve and reach goals. And for our products and services we rock in that as well being one of the largest and fastest growing organizations in the material handling industries. Who would have thought a material handling company could be this AWESOME? The people here are the best and I am proud to be a part of Carolina Handling.
