Challenging and rewarding job. Awesome for career growth and personal development. Ton of exposure to different systems and technologies. Great benefits, leadership teams, and mentors.

Cons

Parent company limitations/ some initiatives move too slow. On the technology side, hiring budgets and pay at market rate. Too low, if the aim is to be a premier / best in class company.

No real cons outside of the fact that you will be on the road a lot if you’re in sales so be prepared for windshield time
