Incredible people that are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in your success. Tons of opportunity to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and drive real change. Leadership is accessible and open to new ideas. Solid company culture with a family feel and strong values. You gain exposure to different departments, which is great for developing a well-rounded skill set.

Cons

Some antiquated processes and systems that can slow things down. Still maturing when it comes to being data-driven—lots of room for growth on that front.

Large stable company with a very good culture. Recession proof industry.

Cons

Don't seem to be focused on the right things. Staffing is not in line with growth and internal support structure is lacking. Company has been reacting to pay needs for some hourly positions but not for salaried managers.
