Competitive pay. Straight forward job responsibilities. Good coworkers.

Cons

Horrible benefits program. Terrible work schedule. The worst HR department that I've ever seen. Lack of maintenance on machines, heavy equipment, and trailers. Insulting management. Blantant and abnormal preferential treatment of office workers.

The pay is decent for this kind of work. Twelve hours shifts 4 days on, 4 days off. You only have to do what is expected.

Cons

Keep an eye on your points. You'll lose your chance at a raise and they will fire you. Be on time for every shift and stay until the end and you'll be fine. Plant runs 24/7/365. Some coworkers are good people, some are not. Most are indifferent.
