Fast Pace, Fast Growing, Exciting Space

Awesome team with lots of fun team events (movie night, game night, happy hour, and sporting events) Fast growing company with lots of opportunity to move up Above market wages, with significant bonuses and equity for every employee Flexible schedule and unlimited PTO Insuretech space is very hot with lots of investment Both offices (Santa Barbara and Hartford) are right downtown, so there is a lot going on. Offices are also new/remodeled Dogs at work! Lots of transparency from management Super nice Patagonia jackets and other cool company merchandise is free

Cons

Insurance industry is slow moving, so it can take time to see your work in action Management has to travel quite a bit, so it can be hard to get time with them Company should do more in their community
