- Salary is a joke, especially compared to the cost living in Santa Barbara - They ask you to take on additional work under the guise of “project ownership, without any additional compensation

* Products are great; * Awesome people; * Start-up vibe: weekly brunch, full kitchen, snacks, drinks, a small gym, great parties; * Office is dog-friendly; * Executive team is friendly and very accessible. They want to hear from you; * Carpe connects (grab a smoothie, coffee or a snack and get to know and meet with a coworker every other week; * Project managers are open-minded and welcome new ideas;

Cons

* Only downside here is Santa Barbara itself. The area is absurdly expensive, making it very hard for young professionals to save money. Think of Bay Area, but with less housing available. That makes it hard to retain good talent.
