Other than making a lot of money because you live at work, there are no positives. Benefits are average for this area.

Cons

No work/life balance. You will live at work. Forced every weekend and now working all holidays but Christmas Eve/Christmas. This company does not care at all about the well being of their employees. All about the money.

Good work environment and good people as in co-workers. Management is easy to get along with and tasks are attainable.

Cons

Advancement is non existent and growth is very slow. Factory is out of date and processes seem useless.
