      Pros

      Decent pay, other than that, I can think of absolutely nothing. They care nothing about the employee. You're just a number.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Act like they're family friendly, they're not. Too much micromanagement. Work you 7 days a week even if there is no work. Was once asked where I'd be over the weekend ( was scheduled to work all weekend) he said he'd be home with his family... That's what we work for......

      Good Old Boys Network!

      One of the better companies to work at in the area as far as salaries.

      Cons

      Strong good old boys network culture. Getting ahead based more on who you know, who your friends are, or what your last name is rather than based on performance. Very clique based atmosphere.
