      Well respected product quality on certain product forms and grades

      Cons

      Takes that respect for granted making it extremely uncomfortable for customers that have no other choice and subsequently growth is impossible with those customers and next to impossible with their peers.

      Unique industry, learning a lot about the products. Great products for only certain products. Well known in the industry.

      Cons

      Too old organization. Using IBM ERP which was developed in 1980s. Learing the processes and systems that other organization never use them 21st centry. Complicated process equal to no efficiency no effective. Management pushing sales rep to boost the sales by saying how many people at the mill is idle and work half a month due to no sales PO and how many people getting laid off etc. definitely not a company for young people to join unless you r looking for a secured job.
