The core values of the company like Zero-Injuries and Integrity and Ethics are just buzzwords to management, and safety walk-throughs and engagements are just another metric to pad their performance reviews. More and more is piled onto supervisors who often end up doing two or three people's jobs and then some. HR will fail you and will eagerly take management's word in regards to your performance without asking questions.
