Pros

Pay is ok not worth it if you have a family and you want to see them

Cons

Everything. Management is completely incompetent you will get forced every weekend even if there isn’t any work and when you see them after the weekend and tell them, there was nothing to do they laugh. This place sucks to work for keep looking. Don’t come here that’s why they have tons of people quitting on them all the time they can’t keep anybody and I am also on my way out.

Pros

401K Savings Plan with Matching

Cons

If you are considering this company please read on. There are too many "cons" to list but here are a few: * Revolving Door. * Is there even a Training Department? * On-boarding process is not a structured one. * Praise themselves on being innovative, yet have systems in place that are outdated or are capable of doing more, and management will not allow them to do so. Because they are stuck in their ways and "do not" like change or because the changes would cost money and they do not want to put those allocations in their budgets. * Overworked employees weather your salaried or hourly. And if you are salaried and skip your lunch break to work, you get called out by your manager for then leaving at 5 pm, when the normal scheduled ours are 8 AM to 5 PM. * Managers being put into place, despite them stating they did not want to be in a manager role, only because no one applied for/to the open position. And those people that have been put into those roles have no management experience, and it shows. And are not up to date with the most recent practices for that role. * Managers are offered suggestions on ways to better the current processes in their department, by their subordinates, to be either more efficient or with the times/competitive, and they fall on deaf ears. * Non-Adhering Best Practices: If you want to work for a company that does not have processes in place, or if they do, then expect you to follow them or get reprimanded for not going outside of them, this company is for you. Why put any in place if your manager constantly wants you to not follow the process and step outside of them? * High level members of the organization, above a manager role, that have been with the company for over a year+, tell you "I have been here for "x" amount of years and still don't know how everything in this department works".
