If you are a cloud and data engineer, stay away from these clowns at IT and Cyber
Pros
It was fun to work with data scientists and data engineers who were trying so hard to build a digital data platform to build data products. But, like other engineers, I had to leave after 3 months of the reign of new CDO who is just a politician and was playing close to the chest of IT and Cyber from the day one without assessing the initiatives and legacy challenges. He never thought of addressing the resistance digital team was facing form Cyber and IT despite whole team's repeated escalation. But, when digital people were leaving because of these, he would try to meet with them in a weird way.
Cons
If you are a cloud and data engineer then stay away from IT and Cyber. This place is a joke. They tried to build digital CoE under the leadership of a CCO and then brought a CDO, Shakthi Logasundaram, who has no background and knowledge in building data assets, cloud and data infrastructure, let alone monetizing data with cutting edge ML and AI solutions. He is a pathological liar with narcist mindset who does not listen and never stops talking in a weird and cringe way. He was even caught by people eavesdropping on other people at the office by putting his ear on the wall! CDO is so dishonest and never communicates clearly and discusses issues with IT and Cyber to resolve the issues to advance the enterprise initiatives. He pacifies the IT people by mocking other organizations.
