The mandatory over time is getting ridiculous. The life to work ratio is unacceptable. Mandatory 71 hours a week with a family at home is unacceptable. The supervisors being rude is unacceptable. You do not get any sleep. You do not get any time to do squat with your life or family. This is no place for a human being. They may as well make robots for this job. Hell I’d even feel bad for the robots! All this company cares about is their money. And putting people on 12 hour shifts for more than 60 days straight in July just to make their quota. If you love being treated like absolute crap and hate being home than this is the place for you.

This company has truely been impacted negatively by the appointed upper current management team. Far fetched goals, outdated equipment, no respect for the worker AT ALL, loss of senior mill workers, in proper training, clueless on the processes, planning is a complete joke at best, degrading the middle managers, cursing in meetings at staff, stressful work environment, hours, shift rotation, impact on family/home life is horrible, poor communication, treatment of the mill workers.
