      Pros

      Fair wage, excellent 401k, bonuses, occupational cross training opportunities.

      Cons

      Time off during my employment there was almost non existent. This was due to band aid approaches being taken to solve any issues which could possibly interfere with shipping numbers. As a result, equipment was often working at a diminished capacity which increased the time spent performing and finishing work. Shareholders and Wall Street were definitely the drivers with respect to influencing day to day operations and decision making. Efficiency of operations and employee welfare are merely secondary considerations if considered at all.

      Pros

      Great colleagues that really wanted to change and brought their passion to work.

      Cons

      There is no diversity of thought as differing opinions to that of the CHRO and CEO are discouraged. There is a significant lack of employee engagement due to executive practices and the leadership style that is one of "management by fear".
