Cheap healthcare. Overtime. Close to home. Would not relocate if I were you.

Cons

Too many to list. Fear mongers. Intimidation techniques through all levels of the organization. Drive for profit and not caring about employees.

Pros

Plenty of challenges and opportunities for growth if you are driven. If you can prove you can do something before you get paid to do it, you can stand out and get opportunities to advance. Safety is a critical focus.

Cons

Expectations are not always clear and roles have been stretched thin during the pandemic. A lot of upper management says the right things but does not perform the way they expect others to perform.
