There is plenty of work during busy season.

Cons

Lack of communication from leadership. Lack of timely feedback. Required in office work for new employees. Work assignments are tightly budgeted which can be stressful. It seems that work assignments are based on how fast you can complete rather than skill level.

Pros

The team and community is excellent. Co-workers and partners are easy to work with. There is somewhat of a path to be promoted, but it is not tightly defined and at one person's discretion. Work environment is pleasant.

Cons

One person makes all decisions with hand-selected committees for agreement. The internal referral program for portfolio companies has not paid due commissions for months. Do not trust the word of anyone saying what you will be paid because all payouts must be agreed to and signed by one individual.

I loved working for CRI. Thought I would not leave. Plenty of PTO; Good Salary/Benefits.

Cons

The company is declining in every aspect of their services, from Corporate on down to local SPUs. They charge outrageous fees and only minimal number of employees with the skills to earn those fees.
