Terrible management. Managers have too much personal work to do so managing their team gets put on the back burner

This company doesn't value the Administrative staff. In my experience the Admin team was underpaid and not valued like the rest of the team. They are missing middle managers to work and train employees. The location I worked at was toxic! The toxic environment for me was to much and the Partners did nothing to stop it.
