Clean workspace in a safe area.

Cons

Low pay that was well below market, mediocre benefits, no bonus, no holiday bonus or party (just a mandatory staff meeting with food provided). Missing management level staff. Not a friendly work environment (also not hostile. Just exclusive).

Everyone is very nice, I love the clients. The PTO is great, and the benefits are decent

I have been here for almost 2 years and haven’t gotten a raise, and I’m already around $15,000 underpayed.
