Pros

Somewhat flexible for six months out of the year I guess.

Cons

Audit staff and seniors have required billing hours January through June, regardless of whether there is actually that much work to do during that time. Supervisors and management are just people that stuck around and got promoted, so there is a good chance they aren't very qualified to lead people.

Pros

The people at this firm are some of the best. If there are ever any issues of any kind, there is always someone there to hear you out and try their best to help. As long as you are working effectively and efficiently, you will thrive here. The benefits are great and we typically have the freedom to choose our own hours as long as we work a full forty hours.

Cons

As long as you're in the realm of public accounting, the hours are long but that is to be expected.
