Met some great people Two of the Partners were two of the best supervisors I ever worked for.

Cons

Partner In Charge unappreciative. Bonuses were eliminated. Unrealistic expectations regarding billable time. Poor benefits. Play their favorites. Huge turnover. No opportunities to advance.

Great people, made a lot of friends. Opportunity to develop skills and grow (if willing to put in a lot of hard work).

Cons

Workload was not distributed evenly - you will have certain employees not doing anything or barely doing anything whereas other would be buried under never ending list of tasks. No work/life balance.
