Worklife balance is important, and CE focuses on people first!

I've been with this company for 25 years. This my honest review of Carrier Enterprise in 2025 Supportive Leadership - The HQ leadership team, including the CEO, promotes a culture of respect and collaboration. I've never felt otherwise. I've been through 3 CEO's in my tenure here. I've felt this way through all of them. But the current CEO actually made this part of the internal mission statement: "People first" is the phrase used. He periodically has a company-wide meetings where he makes himself accessible to anyone who has questions about anything. No question is shied away from. Very open and transparent. Strong Company Values - Integrity, teamwork, and customer focus are HUGE here. Opportunities - My experience has been that if a person is willing to put in the effort and prove their value then there are tons of opportunities to advance. You can make a career at this company if that's what you want to do. Work-Life Balance - I've never felt the need to put work before family. Every manager I've had has always been very kind and understanding when it comes to personal issues and obligations. Appreciation for employees - All managers are encouraged, I would even say expected, to acknowledge when an employee does good work.
