The Culture. My gosh the people you work with are amazing.

Cons

There are lots of issues I could layout. I will focus on one. They (The executives) make the counter unbearable by putting more and more tasks on them. Stop making the counter department do things that other departments know they can do. You are turning people away.

Wholesale leadership at the regional level is top tier. Great culture compared to 3 years ago. Great work/life balance. Benefits/401k/stock purchase/incentives. Freedom to do the job without a lot of micro-managing.

Cons

Every company has their issues. Salary could be better. Heavy workload for those who have no time management skills.
