freedom to choose your day-to-day flow willing to help you grow within your current grow willing to teach you other roles Easy-going

Cons

if you know other roles you will be expected to fill in whenever necessary, even while balancing your main duties watched people with 20+ years of experience walked out the door for no reason/reasons unknown to me faulty sense of stability stay until work is done which could mean 10-13 hour shifts depending on the day
