      Company is growing in Mexico market share very aggressive, Carrier product has good quality, people in Mexico is changing mind about this product is expensive, great opportunity to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Work environment is not appropriate, since UTC disincorporation company lost ethical standards, policies apply according which person, in Mexico the interest conflict are flagrant in finance department and high management overlap it, so good product bad direction.
