The leadership team at CE has done a lot to improve the lives of associates. The "People First" initiative has provided constant improvements for all of us. This company cares about work/life balance. It's an incredible place to work!!!

Cons

CE is going through a massive cultural change and not everyone is good with change. Folks that want the status quo will not be happy here.
