Pros

There is a strong people first mentality and upper management is very supportive. They work with their employees to help them grow not only as a person but also as an employee to better themselves and the company at the same time. Its a win win for everyone involved. Its all comes down to what you make of it.

Cons

Every job has its ups and downs but from my experience here, I haven't seen or noticed any cons or very few if any. There has been a slight separation between departments but as time moves forward everyone is learning to work as a team to succeed.

CE has been an exceptional company for me to work for because it has made me grow in my career. The opportunities to learn and move up are endless. We also get a good amount of vacation time which helps me balance work/life

Cons

The only con I have is the process of physical inventory, But I feel like CE is changing to make it better in the future!
