Decent benefits overshadowed by poor training and culture

Pros

They offer decent benefits but they cost more than the average employer and don't allow you to add your spouse if they have insurance availability at their job.

Cons

There is little to no training and leave you to figure it out, if you ask questions you may be reprimanded. There is a strong 'Good Ole Boys' network in place that protects the bully type people in the company. I would rate a 0 if I could.

Zero pros whatsoever, AWFUL place to work, avoid at all costs if you value your reputation and sanity.

Cons

"People first" is hilarious, management does not care about employees. Gave some extra vacation days so they felt better about the workload they were putting on people. Awful ideas and initiatives from the top down. Toxic and stressful work environment is not worth the minimal salaries offered.
