Overworked, Underpaid, Poor Benefits.

Most co-workers are good people, and the base pay is at or slightly above industry standard.

Cons

The company has poor health care, retirement plan,and car allowance. The staffing levels are very low causing extreme work load on employees.

Pros

The brands sold by Carrier Enterprise will get you in the door to meet more people and build personal relationships for when you go to a better company.

Cons

Micro managed and an overwhelming amount of objectives and meetings which don't allow a Territory manager to do his job. The many sales mangers are constantly pushing you for the same objectives including minor things that keep the Territory Manager from working on what can increase his income. The management team know they are being Tyrants and laugh in your face when they do it. The Company pays below what this job traditional pays and they will holdup on providing quarterly commission checks for 60 days after the close of the quarter.
