Pay is not bad comparatively speaking…

Cons

Culture within Operations at Corporate is toxic. All driven from the top down. Processes are broken. 4th set of consultants in 3 years, all bc leadership doesn’t trust or have confidence in their employees. People are promoted for being aggressive. They are hiring like crazy, why do you think that is? Filter by employees sitting or working for the the Florida HQ and you’ll see a trend. Very few positive comments, and those mostly from interns.

Pay is about the only thing good that is if they can pay you the correct amount on time! Free Coffee too!

Cons

Everything..............lack of management/leadership is indescribable, Operations management with no operations experience, no engineering support, no quality support, IT support is non existent and production machinery is out of date with no visible commitment for capital spending to make improvements to manufacturing assets.

Pros

The people you work with at operational level are very enthusiastic to improve performance, and they are all very personable.

Cons

More than 7 production leaders in 3 years. More than 3 operation directors in 3 years. Average tenure of management team less than 1 yr. An incredible amount of meddling in from corporate and every time bandwidth is needed at ops level, corporate instead add another corporate cop to come tell you what to in day to day ops. Eventually had to report out to more than 4 different corporate cops, all in their own battle for power. Very toxic.
