Pros

Salary, Benefits and generous PTO

Cons

Everything from undefined job responsibilities, narcissistic behavior of people and treating female employees as an object of pleasure rather treating them as humans. All the noise of women empowerment, women in work were mere words and favor people who had good personal relationships rather than talent.

Pros

The pros for working for Carrier is the Carrier retirement contribution. This is an age based retirement contribution in addition to the 401K match.

Cons

Company is going through so many changes. They’re trying to implement a culture that Corporate thinks is catching on, but they’re clueless to what’s going on out in manufacturing and field. Health benefits is also costly.
