Incredible organization to work for! Positive, friendly and collaborative environment. Support from Leadership and opportunities for career growth. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Cons

None - I worked in other hospitals and Carroll is by far the best.

Health benefits are HORRIBLE. H.R. is terrible. Seem to now be aware of the HUMAN in human resources.
