Pros

teamwork, nice environment, near banks, supermarkets if you need to run errands during lunch, doctors seem compassionate towards their patients.

Cons

Pay not competitive with city hospitals, hospital could do a better job at expanding the sub abuse and Mental health services to meet the needs in the community.

Pros

mostly good. managers seem to care, certain executives seem to care; it's the people who don't care or don't know that ruin it for everyone else. and the ones who don't care/know are at every level

Cons

lots of Peter Principle being applied here. lots. at every management level. a lot of "lifetime" members were promoted to their level of incompetence a long time ago

Location, nurses and support staff are friendly and work hard, MDs are great teachers and not condescending

Cons

No clinical practice change initiatives, 1% raises, HR is disorganized and unsupportive, Nurses are not promoted as leaders, Management rules and dictates poor clinical practice
