Pros

Terrific President. Exec team that is very accessible and visible to staff. Hard working people that want to make a difference with patients and in the community.

Cons

Merged with another organization whose benefits and compensation are much better and it isn't clear when they will catch up. Current EMR is not good. There is a plan to transition to new one but it isn't happening fast enough.
