Pros

Cartegraph is an innovative company that is always pushing the employees to be their best and grow to achieve great things. The goals set forth by management are a stretch but achievable thanks to all levels of support from marketing to products to tech support, everyone has skin in the game to make us all be successful. They are very supportive of work life balance as well.

Cons

Due to COVID, I don't get to see my awesome co-workers enough!

Pros

Great team environment even after moving to remote work. A creative and supportive environment Transparency and clarity of company goals and conditions from the CEO all the way down. Everyone who works here is devoted to the company's mission of helping governments be better stewards of our infrastructure. Cartegraph has a great HR team with quality benefits. Lots of potential to travel in various positions across the company.

Cons

Not really a con, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to go fully remote after only working in the office for 3 weeks.
