-Software and internal infrastructure has been really well managed over time (smart engineering) -Culture embraces continuous improvement -Leadership values creativity from every team member and provides each person ample opportunities to contribute to the product -Smart, empathetic, honest leadership

Cons

The culture embraces change and values creativity. Every team member is expected to bring their A-game. If that doesn't energize you, Cartegraph might not be a good fit.

Pros

Great vision, killer product, and awesome people! Joined the company through an acquisition and was impressed with how quickly and seamlessly we were brought into the CTG family. Their engineering DNA definitely shows through all the process automation, continual drive for improvement, and attention to detail. Fantastic people and culture that truly embodies the 'mid-west nice' mantra.
