Pros

Routine...you do the same thing every year so you can kind of know what to expect Co-Workers are awesome they make the working day go very quickly

Cons

Upper management are like a click they can't see past their wrong doings but point out others They aren't dependable The company is very unorganized when it comes to operations and store functions They don't pay their people enough for the workload they ask them to do or provide the store with an accurate amount of hours to get those tasks done Work on 2-2 coverage but expect you to complete task and help customers as if you were on a 4-4 coverage If they don't like you they won't promote you They don't abide by their own CORE Values The CEO has no idea - upper management needs to work in a store for a week and get the real picture

Pros

-Great company that has great values -Fun, fast-paced environment -Growing company that understand the market -Great staff

Cons

-They expect WAY too much from management with the salary they pay -There's always a lot to do, so use your hours wisely -Gotta increase that pay, considering the company is so great in so many other ways. The pay doesn't match company values.

Pros

Paid Time Off (PTO), builds up pretty quick, and does roll over. Employee discount and sample sales, at the warehouse only, are good. Plenty of chances to move up... but, that's because managers leave as much as the low level employees.

Cons

NO communication. Even when you NEED TO KNOW, they wait until the very last second. If one department is doing something and it ends up slowing down the rest of the warehouse, they won't say anything to anyone about it. But, we get yelled at for missing production numbers. Too many people making decisions causes a lot of confusion. People from middle management up are clueless. Most supervisors and managers have no idea how to do anything in their own department, And yet, they evaluate us to determine raises. Complaints are ignored. From coordinator, to supervisor, to manager, to HR, if it moves past supervisor, complaints are ignored. Even sexual harassment. Several employees, even department managers, have had numerous documented and verified sexual harassment complaints against them, and still have a job. They just change departments or shifts, sometimes. Second shift, with almost no managers around, are allowed to get away with whatever they want. All management cares about is results. How it happens means nothing. So, horrendous treatment of employees.Worst con.... NO SICK DAYS. Show up on time, stay the whole night, don't complain, don't miss a day, don't even be a minute late clocking back from lunch, or you will receive points. No excuses, even if you're vomiting blood AT THE HOSPITAL, you will get points because you are not at work. Sadly, this is not an exaggeration. Finally, pay is no where near competitive with the other warehouses within a one mile drive.
