UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR!

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

There are some good things, but they do not out weigh the lack of morals and unethical behavior by upper management and HR.

Cons

The biggest challenge is dealing with horrible upper manager skills and HR creating more problems by supporting the unethical behavior. It is not about producing the best work here. It looks like a great place to work from the outside, but its the total opposite once you are on the inside.

Pros

Better location...Better office...However extremely negative work environment..

Cons

1-inexperienced management with unexpected goals .2-One person covers everything with no back up. 3-Unhealthy long work hours sometimes days without sleeping 4- No questions will be asked policy 5-No Segregation Of Duties 6-No training or enough experienced personnel to review your work 7-Unrealistic goals and time management 8-Very poor HR Management and hotline to take complaints 9-Complaints are resolved by retaliation or threaten your job with your performance reviews 10-Since you're the only person does everything, it is extremely open to fraud and strong mistakes and weaknesses (If you don't know the solve the problem, you can't ask anybody's help without authorization. If you ask authorization, it affects to your performance review. 11-Multiple people have complaints and heart attacks due to stress and these unrealistic goals. HR and Auditing Department doesn't look at any issue objectively as long as they save pennies. If you will work for that company be sure to have a lawyer to protect you....12-Extremely micro managed company with foreign leadership styles without asking and questioning the authority)13-No work/life balance since not enough employee 14-(12-15 hours) work without asking any question and even not having a lunch or break 15- No back up If you're sick .. It's not very efficient and honest company to work right now...It'e extremely open to big mistakes and fraud since one person does everything with no question and no help policy with inexperienced new managers...

Pros

Charity partnerships, employee growth opportunities, free coffee

Cons

HR wil not fire the worst employees even when it is well documented. They also share information that should be confidential, which feeds into the rumor mill.
