This is the most toxic and dreadful experience of my career. I found out my position was one of a revolving door. Five people in five years. I thought it was a compliment that there are so many tenure employees. What that means for Carter’s is if you’re not a part of this “group of warriors” you’re an outsider. Your suggestions and ideas are not welcome. It’s no wonder the company isn’t doing well and there were layoffs!
