Pros

You are in management as a supervisor, you learn a LOT, even though it is part-time you are guaranteed 20 hours unlike the sales associates and I'm going to be getting 40 hours because we don't have a store manager

Cons

too much gossip, my store is disorganized because the DM and SM quit before I started, didn't get my starting pay rate right on first check
