      Do not leave your current employer to work here! It is not work an increase in pay or whatever the dm promises you!!

      Pros

      The pay is decent. Store managers are hourly so you get paid for over time. But don't go over or your will be written up. Don't be late more than once in three months or you'll be written up or subject to termination. Policies are unrealistic.

      Cons

      This was the worst place I ever worked at. I loved my job but the district manager and human resources director in my region were terrible. High stress. High expectations. High school drama. Hr takes everything everyone has to say seriously including former employees who have been terminated for theft or policy violations. You will constantly be defending yourself. No work life balance. No one to trust.

      Pros

      The company is amazing. Upgraded technology and clear instructions makes your job very easy. Very organized, clean stores. I grew so much as a Supervisor because I had a great store manager who answered every question I had, and taught me everything I know. They were able to work around my full-time school schedule and still gave me 25+ hours. very good pay.

      Cons

      They would approve and then deny my vacation time, which wasn't ideal to me because I would have to cancel nonrefundable plane tickets; very inconvenient. The SM and ASM were very good friends who transferred from the same company and store which made them team up against/channel blame to other members of management.

      Pros

      Beautiful location and work office. Great brand with customer satisfaction always kept in mind. Company offers great benefits and wonderful charity opportunities. Business is always strong. Carter's University could be a great learning tool, if you ever have the chance to use it. The product is always strong. The CEO is great.

      Cons

      Management needs improvement, they are not consistent. HR will create more problems if you approach them with a concern. Only favorites are groomed to succeed. Major double standards between how women and men are treated.
