      I resigned from this organization due to a deeply troubling incident involving a racial slur being used by an HR team member during my lunch break. When I reported the incident to higher-level HR, they conducted an investigation but ultimately took no significant action, stating the individual “did not call anyone the slur” but merely “used it.” This lack of accountability and disregard for the impact of such language made it clear that the company does not prioritize creating a safe, inclusive environment for Black employees.

      30% discount is great if you're a parent or have little ones in the family.

      Management is pathetic, District manager is unhelpful, HR is useless and doesn't do anything to resolve issues. If you're not willing to jump through hoops for the manager and get on their bad side they'll cut your hours to 2, MAYBE 3 days a week. I'm not even able to live paycheck to paycheck, because it takes all of one and then some to get by now. The work environment is toxic, there's drama all the time, the manager gossips about the other employees, has a "my way or no way" attitude and does not help you better yourself as an employee. I was asked once what I feel like I need help with to improve in my position, I gave my answers, and then I was never helped. If you dont do something right, rather than being helped and coached to improve, it's documented to be used against you later.
