Pros
*I was promoted 2 times within the 4 years I was with them and received a small raise yearly in addition to the promotions. * great benefits. * good management and employees for the most part, there are a few that shouldn’t be leaders and had favoritism but overall good. * Depending on which department you work in changes things a lot. The Consumer Affairs department is not as busy but they deal with more escalated customers and situations. However, the ecomm department is back to back calls most of the time and they are easier calls. Consumer Affairs pays better and I honestly liked it more. * If I could go back to this company, I would. Overall I enjoyed working with them.
Cons
* AI takeover. They brought in AI in late 2022 or early 2023 ( I don’t remember the exact date). As AI got better they needed less representation and other workers since AI started handling a lot of customer contacts and other tasks such as QA. * Occasional lay offs (I was laid off after almost 4 years with the company) and was told it was due to company finances, but personally believe it had more to do with AI.
