Pros
flexible hours, not much else
Cons
It's been a long time since I've worked there but I never could bring myself to review the place. I think it was probably just my store, but my god was it the worst place I've ever worked at. The store manager thought she could comment on my personal life when she would ask me to stay longer and I would tell her that I couldn't. She would legit ask me what I was doing and then say that it didn't make sense as to why I couldn't stay and that I couldn't afford to lose hours. They also had the habit of texting you asking if you could come in for a TWO HOUR SHIFT, thirty minutes before the intended smart time. And then make passive-aggressive side comments to you for declining to come in for a two-hour shift on your day off. But Honestly, I think the thing that really did it for me was how normalized it was to work during their lunches. I didn't do it mainly because my shifts were never more than four hours, but management did it all the time! as well as the other full-time associates. There were also times when the staff would go after people stealing and try to pry the clothing out of the thief's hands, Honestly, I just don't know why they cared so much it's not like they took that out of their paycheck and they would just put everyone's safety at risk. So, in conclusion, I didn't last there for more than two months, I left as soon as I could, because who would want to work there at all.
