      Art Department is a great team

      Pros

      Great office, great team, good place if you can do lots of different styles. Good training. Good place to start your art career.

      Cons

      Hard work. Not easy to move up out of art department. You need a thick skin and not take criticism too personally.

      Flexible hours, fun environment with customers and team.

      Cons

      If you want to move up you have to be willing to kill yourself. Over night shifts, low pay, no recognition from upper management. If you are a sales associate you will be unhappy with the pay. Don't expect benefits and/or additional compensation if you work harder that your co-workers. Hours are based on how well you are with your manager and not your personal performance.

      I only came here for a higher position and have hated it since! 401k matching but it's honestly not worth it bc everyone does that!

      Cons

      The workload is unreal! Understaffed, under payed, no payroll hours and lots of work to be done.
