Pros

Carter's is constantly trying to better their employees, hence also bettering the company. Everyone is HR is very friendly and fixes all issues in a timely manner. Pro to my Con: Carter's has a carters cares line that you can call to complain anonymously at any time. You can also speak with some one in the HR department who will truly follow up on any issues you have and try their best to resolve them! Last but not least if you are pregnant and give birth while employed they send you a box full of things from clothe, hats, blankets, bibs, to socks. Its amazing. If you are in a manager position you are offered full benefits.

Cons

The particular store I managed had a store manager who was very unorganized making work unpleasant and hard to deal with.
