Pros

Flexible Scheduling, Nice Co-Workers, Friendly work enviroment

Cons

Start you off with a little bit over minimum wage, your shifts can easily be cut, require you to do a lot of heavy lifting with shipment, very stressful, you get paid very crappy and you do so much! Also, have to do tons of cleaning. Far too many high expectations from management.

Pros

Lots of room to explore different methods of achieving goals, company is not cheap and does take care of employees with food, prizes and some fun. The company's outlook on business was strong, the clothing is cute.

Cons

Management needs to teach more, lots of private meetings. HR seems non approachable and one sided, certain members of departments were always left out and only favorites allowed in. Carter's university was launched to better yourself but never allowed to do ask workload was always too much.
