*Work-life balance, what's that? *Management cannot make decisions. Focus changes repeatedly during a project. *Favoritism, which has a negative impact on other team members. *No matter how much you give, they want more. *VERY political environment. *Gossipy *You almost can't leave because the money is so good, but it destroys your life.

Pretty good pay. Time goes by fast because there is always something to do.

Cons

Be prepared to give up everything for the company. Staying until the work is done even if it is 1:00am and you have to be back in the next day, at it happens about once a week.
