Limited Hours and Varied Schedules

Pros

During my time with this company, I found the employees to be generally personable. The customers, primarily parents and grandparents of young children and expectant parents, were friendly.

Cons

Schedules are completed on a week-to-week basis, with frequent changes over the course of the week. The hours were extremely limited, even for those associates with flexible availability. The store relied heavily on an on-call staffing system, with responsibility on associates to check on scheduling needs. Management seemed to be driven solely by sales numbers with little regard to the customer experience.
